Report on opened and closed tontines

The window allows you to generate a report on opened and closed tontines.

How do you generate a report on opened and closed tontines? To generate a report on opened and closed tontines go to Savings / Tontine/Report on opened and closed tontines and a screen like one below appears.

• Date From: This is the report start and end date range that you want the report on active tontines to show e.g. "01/01/2015".
• Report Currency: From the drop down list select the currency in which the report should appear, e.g., "UGX".
• Currency filter:
• Branch code: Select the Branch code of the branch you want to display the report on active tontines e.g. "KA"
• Product: Select the tontine savings product from the drop-down list, e.g., “General Tontine”. This product should have been defined under the System/Configurations/Tontine configuration
• Geographical areas: From the drop down box, select a particular geographical area that you want to generate a report for. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all geographical areas. In the example above we selected Salama A . These Geographical areas need to have been defined under Support Files/Geographical Areas
• Client Categories 1, 2 and 3. From the drop down box, select a client based on the classification that you made at Menu Support Files Client Category 1 / Client Category 2 and Client Category 3. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all options under each client category. In the example above we selected client category 1 Rural
• Cost centre: From the drop down box, select a Cost center for which you want to generate a report about. You may tick the Check for all option to have a report on all business sectors that are available in the system.
• Gender: From the drop-down box select the gender for which the report should be generated e.g., "Female"
• Group: Select from the drop down box how the report to be generated will be classified in the column title/heading, e.g, "Officer". The report generated will hence be grouped per officer.
• The report can also be selected to displayed according to the frequency set at System/Configuration/Tontine configuration/Tontine default Settings i.e Daily, Weekly, and Monthly or select All for the report to display all the frequencies:
• You can also check Opened tontines only to generate a report for Opened tontines only or check Closed tontines only for the report to display only closed tontines. Select all and the report on opened and closed tontines will display both the opened and closed tontines.
